Please let this mail serve as notice that Park Homes Inc. and William F. Gruber have completed
the necessary items for construction of the condominium project at 8 Hockanum Road in
accordance with applicable city standards and the Northampton Planning Board approval.
Completion of this project releases from obligation any further requirement to hold a Letter of
Credit that was opened by the applicant, Park Homes, Inc and William F. Gruber.
