of Massachusetts hereby certify that I have observed elements of construction for the above
project at regular intervals throughout the course of the project.
I further assert that Units numbered 8 and 14 (in building 2) of said project are
substantially complete,and that all work,to the best of my knowledge,was performed in
accordance with the approved plans, and that such plans conform to pertinent provisions of the
Sixth Edition of the Massachusetts State Building Code 780 CUR, all acceptable engineering
practices and all applicable local & state laws.
