I am attaching a draft copy of the Code Compliance Report. The Chapter 9 Narrative information is included within the report, but please let me know if you would prefer to have it broken out separately. Our initial conversation was very helpful to me as I began the Report, because the multiple single family use seems to straddle two parts of the code. While Chapter 36 covers the single family units, some sections of the main code seem applicable as well. I would look forward to any feedback regarding my interpretation about which sections apply. We are still waiting to obtain information on soil borings, at which point the structural engineer will be reviewing the structural aspects of the plans. At that point, I can finalize my plan review and submit the plans along with the revised Code Compliance Report. (If it is easiest to respond via e-mail,my address is mkraus ,krausfitch.com. I tried to send this letter via e-mail,but my program would not let me send the attachment.) Thank you.
