receive your permit application, just a check.
There is a problem with issuing a permit to you, however.
The problem is because of your tax delinquency we cannot
issue you a building permit. Please contact the Law
Department to schedule a payment plan so that we may
process your application.
If we do not hear from you within a week, your check will be
returned to you.
