Dear Mr. & Mrs. Watras:
We have received three (3) formal complaints that you are in violation
of Chapter 44 of the Zoning Ordinances, City of Northampton, and also
Chapter 802 as ammended by the Mass. State Building Code. The following
violations are herewith cited:
1 . Junk vehicles on property, Section 5.1 , Page 5-1 of Northampton
Zoning Ordinances.
2. Square Footage of existing buildings pertaining to the allowed
square footage of lot compared to the Max. Coverage, Section 6.2
Page 6-4 of the Northampton Zoning Ordinances.
3. Auxilary Building-erected with no building permit issued from
this office. Mass State Building Code Section 113.1 .
