Dear Ms . Stone :
We have received several complaints pertaining to the junk motor
vehicle parts you have stored on your property . During an on-site
inspection I found these complaints to be accurate .
Therefore you are in violation of the City of Northampton
Zoning Ordinance Section 8 . 10 paragraph k . ( see enclosed ) and these
junk parts must be removed immediately .
Upon receipt of this letter please notify me at 586-6950 ext . 240
as to the time frame you will need to do this . If I do not hear from
you I will have no other choice but to turn this over to the Legal Dept .
for court action .
