30 Jan: KR does not have drawings. PF
noted that usually under construction control
some document is generated at least under
engineer's supervision that indicates fire-
dampers,etc.and installation is reviewed by
same engineer. KR stated he would talk with
19 Heating contractor will measure this week. Dave(All Seasons) 16 Feb: Dave is working KR
with engineer,has finished drawing,will
review with Tony and distribute copies. 28
Feb: No drawing yet, Dave wants to field
verify plumbing installation first,then layout
ducts. 30 May: Ductwork covered,no
drawings yet. KR to get Dave to provide
record drawing.
42 PF requested complete gypbd ceiling at KR will provide. Closed
closet under stairs in Unit E. 13 Jun 07
NEW BUSINESS
13 June site observations: Sprinkler
heads in, interior wall painting,electrical
44 finish, and flooring underway.IRS almost None
complete. Furnaces in place.
Next activities: Complete window trim,
45 doors,flooring. Ductwork and cabinet None
installation beginning of next week., begin
electrical finish end of next week
