Dear Mr. Sienkiewicz;
We are requesting an extension of a building permit
that was issued in May of 1992 . Due to reasons beyond
our control, we were not able to exercise the initial
permit.
The structure will be as follows:
We do not intend to build a bedroom and bath over
the garage. The 3/4/ bathroom will be built in
our basement. Everything else will stay as stated.
