Dear Homeowners:
It has been brought to the attention of the Department of Public Works (DPW) that property
which you own(54 Overlook Drive) has shrubs which are encroaching and causing an obstruction
of the City's roadway. As the owner of this property, you are responsible for the pruning and
trimming of these shrubs so as not to create a hazard or nuisance to pedestrians and vehicular
traffic who use the public street.
The DPW made a site visit on 7/27/99 at 12:00 P.M. and knocked on your door to make a
personal contact. Unfortunately, there was no response. Since the DPW cannot find a listing in the
telephone book for your residence, no further attempts will be made to contact you. Please prune
and trim those shrubs causing the encroachment into the roadway. If the DPW does not hear from
you by August 6, 1999,you will be issued an enforcement notice.
This notice is being forwarded to you prior to any enforcement.
