The substantial completion of the above three Residential R-2 units A,B &C unit on first&second
floors were submitted on April 4,2013.Then the last unit D was submitted to receive Certificates of
Occupancy on October 30,2013.
This is the final inspection question on the rear stair cantilever,which I certify here that is built
sufficiently strong to be safe with its triple 2x8 3ft cantilever to carry one stringer.
