However, this use is prior to the current zonitgo and
would nou- be covered by Article I/X, 'Section. 9.2.
It is my opinion that to add- & 5200 sq. ft. vnood bu=Flu g
steam boiler to a fe-cility, that cc-rsists of 265,000 sc.
ft. , is not a change of uscr, and it ,ot a substtntitl
extension of an existing etructure.
A copy of this letter will lie forwtrc�'ed to the City
Solicitor for his opinior. Of course you understard
that the plant must conftrrn to all 1,-Este build4rg cores
and environmental standards.
