RE: Proposed Smoking Trailer
Dear Elizabeth:
Our office attempted to inform you of the required forms
to complete your application for your proposed smoking
trailer today to no avail . We are therefore returning the
application and fee which you submitted for this project .
Please resubmit this application with ALL the required
forms before construction begins .
As required by the Massachusetts State Building Code , a
permit for construction must be obtained prior to work
commencing .
