Re: Renovations to the Operating Room Suite
Cooley Dickinson Hospital
Dear Mr. Sienkiewicz:
Regarding the renovations of the heating, ventilating,
and air conditioning system in the Operating Room Suite
at Cooley Dickinson Hospital, to my best knowledge the
construction and renovation in Phase II was completed
in accordance with the Massachusetts State Building
Code, and in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Phase II of the project includes 3 Operating Rooms,
the Nurse Station, Doctors ' and Nurses ' Locker Rooms,
and Sterile storage areas.
The complete project (Phase I and Phase II ) is now
substantially complete, dated August 26 , 1992 . The
Hospital will be requesting a Certificate of Occupancy.
