Gentlemen ,
The following represents the construction process , as
discussed during todays meeting , to interface the First and
Second phases of consnuction so that , temporary certificate
of occupancy could be issued for phase Qna
During the week leading up to the contractor compieting Phase
Cne . The hospital staff wil, install three hosmital grade :
nuAi-circuit . 8X �ables from nhe new emergency power panei3
in Lobby 201 E to a b X 6 woyk box in the coiling of patien
room # 210 . At that pnint in ti�a when !he contracto-(-
requests "or a temPoraw 0 .0 . the circuits x1li be ene-gizec
The temporary 2 .0 , is Lasued MY the period Y one week .
During this time frame the contyacto- ic to install th,,-
permanent circuits and swam the system over , An inspection-
of the same will ue requjrec�
7he hospital will install and maintain an emergency power
pack light system for Phase One . The system will be
installed in such a fashion as to myovide illumination or the
exit signs .
As a closing note the guilding insnectoy did not feel that
the Phase One section of the fire spvinkler be energized fo,,
the temporary C .C . However . he did renuest that he 5a
notified at the time when the contractor prossure tested the
system .
