Ed asked that the elevator installer come to --- -- -- - -------the next • meeting --tu discuss the Elevator Contractor reviewing the Plans with the local Elevator Inspector at this point to prevent any possible concerns . Ernie will contact the elevator company. 2. Ernie explained that there was an incident involving the Contractor 's sawcutting machine which was left overnight in the building leaking gasoline inside the building . The gasoline fumes affected patients and infants in the Maternity Unit on one of the floors above. Ernie would like to set up procedures and policies with the General Contractor to avert problems like this in the future. 3. Ed asked if the Sprinkler Contractor would attend the next meeting to discuss sprinkler clearance above the new mobile shelving. 4.
