1. Ed asked that the elevator installer come to

Contractor reviewing the Plans with the local
Elevator Inspector at this point to prevent any
possible concerns . Ernie will contact the
elevator company.
2. Ernie explained that there was an incident
involving the Contractor 's sawcutting machine
which was left overnight in the building
leaking gasoline inside the building . The
gasoline fumes affected patients and infants in
the Maternity Unit on one of the floors above.
Ernie would like to set up procedures and
policies with the General Contractor to avert
problems like this in the future.
3. Ed asked if the Sprinkler Contractor would
attend the next meeting to discuss sprinkler
clearance above the new mobile shelving.
4. Dick Aquadro explained that the elevator
footing will be poured today and that the
elevator foundation walls will be formed
tomorrow.
5. The perimeter drains have been determined to be
"dead" and full of sand; therefore the remnants
of these drains will remain.

traps . Currently, four (4) traps are lined
--up horizontally along the west wall of the
Fides Room. This creates a box-out soffit
at 61 -1-1/2" A.F.F.
A new floor-to-ceiling chase, 21 -01t in face
width will be constructed at the north end
of the soffit (to avoid a clearance hazard) .
The area beneath the soffit will be used by
the Hospital for cart storage.
17-6. The soffit above the lockers will be
finished at 72-1/211.

air handler in the Control Room will be
explored by all parties in terms of an
option.
19-2. Payne Elevator has stated to Ernie that
somehow they will get the new elevator
inspected sometime during the month of
August .
19-3. The rails for the movable shelving can be
installed anytime after August 2, 1995.
19-4. Mitch has determined exactly the temporary
electrical power for the existing C . T .
machine . This will be done around August
20, 1995. It was thought the existing C.T.
machine should be recalibrated by G.E. after
this power source has been attached to the
machine.
19-5. The Hospital will research the option of
adding a reflective mylar film on the
windows facing the patient holding area off
the C.T. Control Room.
19-6. Jim Moran will research the option of having
the Gas Company raise the gas curb box.

21-3. The track grouting needs to be completed and
a missing track piece needs to be installed.
21-4. The Toilet Room door needs to be discussed.
21-5. The Elevator Inspector wants to have a few
issues addressed. This will be discussed
with Payne Elevator .
21-6. It was agreed that the construction fence
could be removed at this time.
21-7. The window in the Conference Room will be
finished sometime that is convenient for the
Hospital 's schedule.

22-6. The existing C.T. power switchover will be
done this weekend. Donna will notify the
Department that the existing unit will not
be available for use until Sunday evening.
22-7. Aquadro & Cerruti will proceed with the wall
cabinet unit for the Staff Toilet Room.
22-8. A methodology for installing some of the
vinyl tile after the Cat Scan gantry has
been installed was discussed. Rick Aquadro
will discuss this approach with his Flooring
Subcontractor.
22-9. The Contractor will try for final
inspections from the City for a Certificate
of Occupancy sometime around August 28 or
August 29, 1995.

22-3. The existing door to the old corridor was
discussed in terms of leaving the existing
door or removing the existing door frame and
wall .
22-4. General Electric will investigate the
possibility of breaking down the equipment
covers on the G . E . equipment to allow
clearance through a 4 ' -0" door.
22-5. Aquadro & Cerruti will quote an exact price
for the two (2) new lead-lined doors and new
hardware . The Hospital gave a verbal go-
ahead on the doors and hardware.
