1-6. The status of the Johnson Temperature Controls, in terms of group
purchasing costs and the Alternates, still has to be determined.
1-9. Additional medical gas wall outlets and sink will be added to the
north wall of the Physical Therapy area.
1-13. The completion date is still scheduled for May 15, 1999.
New Business
2-1. M.J. Moran will do the controls, for the base price of the pneumatic
system.
2-2. The balancing sub-contractor quotes were received, Labco was
selected as the sub-contractor based on their low-bid.
2-3. In terms of the nurse-call system; a Dukane System will be used in
lieu of Executone. The lead-time needs to be identified.
2-4. The ceiling height in the corridor at the base of the ramp was
discussed. The ceiling height in this area will be 7'-8" in height.

sizes can be reduced to reflect the current and future needs of the west
part of the (first floor west wing). Chad will talk to Ron.

4-3. There should be no smoking in front of P.T. by the Contractors.
4-4. Contractor parking has been designated in the front lot near Locust
Street.
4-5. The hair-washing sink will be installed by the Hospital in the shower
room.

7-2. There will be no handrails in the corridor, at this point in time. If it is
desired by the Hospital or required by D.P.H. in their inspection, the
handrails will then be installed in the unit.
7-3. Work will now proceed on the exterior wall finish of the east exterior
wall.
7-4. Vinyl paneling will be used on the shower walls in lieu of ceramic
tile.
