Dear Tony:
Per our telephone conversation Cooley Dickinson Hospital will provide ventilation in the form of
grills with control dampers installed in a low pressure HVAC duct that passes through the
Medical Records Storage area. This change in airflow will not decrease the quality or quantity of
air delivered to any spaces presently being supplied by this equipment.
The hospital will complete this work by March 31, 2005. All work will be reviewed and
approved by the permit process of the Building Department of the City of Northampton. M. J.
Moran a licensed mechanical contractor in the State of Massachusetts will do the work.
