To Whom It May Concerns
As Building Inspector for the City of Northampton, I am
writing this letter to certify that I am aware of the
intent of Community Self-Reliance to use its Canning Center
for the purpose of processing commercial products.
I do not foresee any unsurmountable problems with the
ability of Community Self-Reliance to bring its operation
up to par with State Building Code Requfrs.
However, Special Permits or Variances might be required from
the Z.B.A. , as this is a residential zone.
