material for same from Smith. Charlie will provide. Item cont.
8.6 3/14/96 - Dave noted that A fixtures in hallways are shown as always on on first floor but
are on a 3-way switch on the ground floor. These switches can be turned on or off by
anyone. Marc will check system with LMG. Dave also noted that sconces will highlight

kept to a minimal, industrial look in adhering to budget constraints. However, Marc will
look at other lighting options. Item cont.
8.7 3/14/96 - Marc told Mike and Mark that heating pipes that were in the process of being
hung were too low off the ceiling and were interfering with site lines in and out of the
windows. Mike will look into raising them as much as possible. Item cont.
8.8 3/14/96 - Bob asked for approval for 2 3/4" tap-con screws, approx. 2'-0" o.c. in lieu of 8"
lag bolts, 6'-0" o.c. at roof perimeter plate. Marc will research. Item cont.
8.9 3/14/96 - Dick Young requested that he be permitted to leave the top layer of lightweight
conc. on the roof of the light monitor, except at its perimeter where it was flaking off. He

Marc and Charlie approved and would like to see a credit. Item cont.
8.10 3/14/96 - Bob asked if we wanted to have roofer run membrane up sidewalls of the stair
penthouse. Marc will get back to him with answer. Item cont.
8.11 3/14/96 - Three types of masonry cleaning techniques were reviewed with Dave Bennett,
Charlie and ARG at the site. Although Marc warned of the possibility of damage to the face
of the brick, it was decided by all parties that the light sand/ water blasting technique
provided the best look while appearing to have minimal impact on the brick facing. Bob will
get more information from the masonry cleaner. Item cont.
