I live on 56 Williams Street. I have a yard which is large enough to have a 2 family
but my frontage (which appears to be 67 feet) falls short of the 75 feet wanted in my zone
(URFC). I am closer to the land's edge on one neighbor's side than 10 feet. This map
which came with my mortgage does not say that in so many words,but I measured it
myself and I'm closer. I'm hoping that because I have an existing structure that this will
