Hotel Northampton property located at 36 King Street, Northampton, as
of March 12, 1986, the date of the issuance of the most recent
Certificates of Inspection.
The owner of the property is McColgan/Page Partnership, and
the lessee/operator of the Hotel is Northampton Hotel Corp.
