Dear Mr. Metcalfe:
This Department is unable to issue a Building Permit for the addition to the
Hotel Northampton due to the height area, and lack of sprinklers.
Although your arguements are well founded I have neither the expertise nor the
authority to alter the Building Code.
Under Section 126.0 this decission may be appealed through the State Building
Code Appeals Board.
