Dear Mr. Palmer,
I have tried to reach you by phone unsuccessf1illy, so I have
decided to send you a short note to explain a situation we
have in regards to our parking lot .
Being located in a convenient location to downtown and the
Court House, our parking lot fills up Monday through Friday
which restricts the available parking spaces to our guests
and patrons . We can staff someone to maintain the lot,
however, in these lean times it is not feasible to do that.
What I would like to know is, can we charge a nominal fee to
park in our lot? How many spaces can we charge on a daily
basis? Is there a limit to the amount we can charge?
