Re: Annual Inspection
Dear Sir,
Today, January 6, I conducted my annual inspection of your
premises and have made a list of things that should be corrected.
1. The 5th floor fire exit door to the outside fire escape is
stuck - this needs to be made to open freely.
2. The 4th floor door to the fire escape outside is inoperable.
3. The 3rd floor fire doors should be closed at all times.
4. The 2nd floor exit sign on the second floor to the south hallway
needs a new bulb or repair.
5. The Coolidge Room emergency light doesn't work. Please check
batteries and/or repair light.
6. In the basement kitchen you must hang up the fire extinguisher
for easy use and visibility.
7. The Boiler Room has flammable material. Code does not allow
flammable material stored without these rooms separated with
fire doors and/or walls. Boiler area must be heating equipment only.
