The Business Office Phase of the project is approximately 95% complete. Scope of design work by Architects Inc. has been reviewed and inspected during the progress of construction including: - Structural Repairs to Existing Wood Framed Addition - Fire Rated Building Assemblies Including Corridors, Walls, Ceilings, Doors - Electrical Service, Lighting and Power - New Handicapped Toilet and Plumbing - New Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning - Building Envelope and Fenestration All work has been done in accord with the Construction Documents prepared by Architects Inc. The Entry/Elevator Phase of this project stands at approximately 60% complete. The elevator equipment package is presently being installed. The elevator shaftway has been completed according to design documents. Until the new Lobby stairs are completed, arrangements for egress from the Business Office will be via the hotel corridor and the exit and fire escape on the north west side of the Business Office. Travel distance in both cases fall within Code limits. Exit sign and emergency lights are present and operating.
