On the simple plan provided, each yellow box indicates two parking spaces. Parking is being utilized in box one and box two, currently. I would like to add parking to the"D" side of the building, as seen with box three and four. I am hoping to get a more accurate layout of the southern side of the property because it may allow for even more spots, e.g. if the vehicles were aligned in a north-south direction, instead of east and west. As of now, I have difficulty in determining the actual slopes, tree roots etc, with the current snow conditions. I hope this gives you a basic idea of how I can increase the amount of spaces on my lot. In addition, I have spoken with Karen Hebert today and was enlightened as to what was the cause of the tensions between us. I felt positive about our conversation and will be meeting with the Hebert's Saturday to work out our problems in an amicable way. I will also provide you with a better plot plan, please advise me, as I am new at this and as I also become more aware on the actual concept. This project can be started in the spring or early summer or whenever it is reasonably possible to excavate soil, with your approval. I realize the drawing is probably crude at best but I am willing to work on it and do whatever you feel necessary to make this work. Please contact me with any suggestions, ideas, and thoughts so we can work out the details and find a good solution to this zoning issue. 563-5133
