Dear Mr. Mathieu,
I am responding to your letter to me about your fallow up inspection of 23 Hancock
Street.
The new smoke detector system was completed last Friday,March I I and the building
inspector was so informed. A new outlet was installed in the kitchen area and the extension cord
is no longer being used.The new hand railings were installed about two weeks ago and were in
pine at the time of your follow up inspection. They were installed exactly whore the state
building inspector and Tony Patillo suggested that they be put,which was a different location
than what was discussed at the time you were there at an earlier tune. Now that the electrical
work is completed, I will have the holes in the wails repaired
I would appreciate a letter from you indicating that the few remaining violations are not
such as to materially impair the health or safety of the occupants, Please give me a call to let me
know that such a letter will be forthcoming.
