Tony P gave me the heads up on this, and I made an appointment. It's for Thursday afternoon, which
IS the 24th. The woman I made the appointment with said that the exterminator man might have the
invoice of she might mail it to me, as the guy is squeezing me in between two other appts. Anyhow, the
appointment I have so far is with Abatem in Greenfield(413)-773-0455, but I also (today) have another
place coming over this aftemoon/eve to check it out, thought they said they can't actually do the work
today, and they don't know when they can or how much it will cost. But I know I can get Abatem in by
Thursday, the deadline day, it's just not a sure thing about the invoice.
Re: the deadline, I will call Abatem now so they'll call you(Heather),but just please don't mention the
other company when they call you.
One thing I liked about Abatem is they guaranteed their work.

However,recently,The Building Inspector,Anthony Patillo,has received telephone calls from neighbors near your
property located at 67 Hawley Street that they have seen rats on the property.Being vacant now,it is a prime sit for
them to nest and intestate.
