We are writing on behalf of a Public Tearing Notice which we
recently received pertaining to Charlie Nang, 79 -Hawley Street
on Wednesday, April 17 , 1996 at 7 :00 PM. Unfortunately, we will
be on vacation for this greeting, but we would like to notify you of
our concerns. They are as ;o1 l oars:
what parking provisions are being provided'
- what will the occupancy limit be per apartment?
We have lived next door to this property 185 Hawley Street) since
1984_ Over the years we 'have had property damage caused by his
tenants at cost to us, rubbish which has not been picked up (bags
piled up with wild animals picking at it) , not enough parking
spaces for the tenants (cars are being parked anywhere and
everywhere) , 'having to call the police at all 'hours of the flight,
all kinds of people coming in and out at all hours of t-he day and
ni gbt ;don't know hero many people he had living there) , qty cups
and beer cans/bottles tieing thrown on our property for us to pick
upT etc,
Mr. bang only rents out this property and has no idea what goes on
there on a day to day basis. We are very conscientious property
owners and would expect the same out of our neighbors.
