Receipt and Acknowledgment
Amy Sinarsky and Karen Hansmann acknowledge receipt of
$1,193 .54 from Charlie Wang, representing return of August 195
rent ($500) , security deposit ($500) and a pro rated portion
of July 195 rent, for premises located at 79A Hawley Street,
Northampton (upstairs) . Said portion is calculated as follows:

and Karen Hansmann

Upon payment and receipt hereof, each of the parties
releases and discharges the other from all claims. Charlie
Wang acknowleges that he retains no legal claims against Amy
Sindarsky and/or Karen Hansmann, and Amy Sindarsky and Karen
Hansmann acknowledge that they retain no legal claims against
Charlie Wang.
This agreement in no way affects any claims that may
exist between Charlie Wang and the original tenants, Jason
Bain, Bryant J. Ray, Darren Ray, Mike Mcgeown, and Brendan J.
O'Reilly.
