Tools, Inc. at 2 Belanger Place, Suite F, which is Page 32C Plot 209 zone UR-C. We
have consulted with our attorneys.
After consulting with Paulette Kuzdeba of the Planning Dept. on the interpretation
of the Northampton Use Regulations, Article V, page 5-2, we have decided to continue
with our long-intended filing for a Special Permit for the use of the above site.
We are also, in good faith, actively pursuing the process of searching for a new,
suitable location for the business operations of Power Thinking Tools, Inc. If we
relocate operations prior to the Special Permit ruling, upon completion, we will notify
your office in writing.
