In regards to your statement in your letter that you "have made a few unsuccessful attempts to reach an inspector"... My return calls to you are as follows7/26/2005 at 4:15pm you called, I returned ca117/26/2005 at 4:26pm and got your voice mail, on 7/28/2005 you called at 9:20am, I returned call at 11:l Oam got your voice mail, you called at 12:l Opm same day, I returned call at 2:46pm same day and got your voice mail, ,on 8/8/2005 you called at 3:55pm, I returned call on 8/9-loam got your voice mail, I called back twice that day spoke to staff once who did not know wh:y you were calling and you were in a meeting, and then I got your voice mail again. During all the calls you made to this office my staff asked if they could help you or what this was in regards to and each time you gave no clue or any information as to why you were calling except it was concerning Williams Street. I would suggest in the future that you might give a little more information so as we can assist and answer questions or fax your questions to us. Hence,and because I am about to go on vacation until after Labor Day,I am writing you in order to address the concern that has been brought to my attention. Our DMH licensor recently forwarded us a report from our last licetLsing visit at 12I Williams Street stating that annual building inspections should not be occurring. He states that this is because we are classified as a Group Dwelling Unit-Category C. I am attaching both the relevant excerpt from our licensing review as well as a recent bill received from your office regarding an upcoming inspection that our records indicate is due.
