Re: Illegal dumping of trash
Dear Mr. Maziarz,
It has been brought to my attention that you are using the
property behind your own as a dumping place for old toilets, stoves
and miscellaneous junk. You are hereby ordered to remove all of the
above mentioned immediately. You will have 48 hours from receipt of
this notice to do so. If this is not done you will be issued a
Zoning violation ticket for the amount of $100 per day until you have
corrected the situation. If you have any questions you can reach me
between 8:30 - 9:30AM Monday through Friday at 586-6950 ext 240.
