Dear Pat Szlosek:
This letter is to serve as your formal Cease & Desist order for your present
business (bakery) operating out of 376 Pleasant Street, Northampton. You are in
violation of the State Building Code Section 119.0 (enclosed) Certificate of Use
and Occupancy, which the bakery does not have.
My recommendation is to contact your contractor John Zieminski , who should
know that this must be done in order to occupy your place of business, seeing
as he is a licesed contractor in the State of Mass.
