Public Hearing on Application
of Harold's Garage
May 28, 1980
The Board of Appeals met in the Hearing Room, City Hall , at
7:00 PM, May 28, 1980 , to conduct a public hearing on the petition
of Harold's Garage for a special permit to sell used motor vehicles
in conjunction with the present operation at 19 Holyoke Street.
Present were Chairman, Eric B. Gervais , Arthur Zinkin, and Robert
Buscher, Associate.
The applicant failed to appear at the hearing, thus the Board
voted unanimously that he should be allowed to request permission
to withdraw his application and resubmit another before June 11,
1980. If by that date he fails to reapply, his petition presently
before the Board must be denied since the information on the appli-
cation is insufficient for the Board to make a determination.
