RE: 332 Pleasant Street
Dear Mr. Collins,
I made a site inspection to 332 Pleasant Street on November 26
after receiving a complaint that the property was not secured and
open to the public. I found that all of the doors on the first
floor were not secured and windows had been broken to allow
entrance to the building. The rear of the building on the basement
level had two doors for entry to basement unlocked and open.
The building must be made secure to prevent unauthorized entry,
this means that all windows and doors must be covered and nailed
closed and building posted with no trespassing signs.
I have notified the Northampton Police Department.
Sincerely,
Anthony Patillo
Building Commissioner
City of Northampton
