Dear Mr. Patillo,
1 am in receipt of your notice of a zoning violation, dated January 24, 2000.
However, you are in error. We have only one unregistered motor vehicle on
our property. The one unregistered is my son's Toyota Pick up truck. It is an on going
restoration project. The 1988 Dodge Aries is registered.
Our Attorney,David R. Kaplan of Amherst, has advised us to notify you of-this
misunderstanding. Attorney Kaplan is well aware of the problems we have had with a.
neighbor. It seems, that you're Department, as well as other Departments with in this city,
are being used by this neighbor for harassment purposes. This neighbor, has gone to great
lengths to harass us, including filing false reports to the police.
We have read the by laws concerning this matter and intend to comply. If there are any
further questions please feel free to contact us. Thank you for your understanding.
