Pursu es C apter 27, notice is hereby given that a decision of the
Central Business Architecture Committee was filed in e Gy,Clerk's office on September 27,
2002. The Central Business Architecture Co request by J.H.J.L. Inc. for a
permit under said city ordinance for renovations to a building located at.- s '
Northampton, also known as Assessor's ."
If, within 14 days, the Applicant addresses the reasons for denial, modifies their project as
detailed and files these modifications with the Office of Planning and Development for review by
the Committee, the Committee shall,within a reasonable time period, issue a Certificate of
Appropriateness and a Central Business Architecture Permit will be granted. If, within 14 days,
the applicant does not modify their project as detailed it shall automatically be deemed
disapproved.
If anyone wishes to appeal this action, an appeal must be filed pursuant to Chapter 27, with the
Office of Planning &Development on behalf of the Northampton Planning Board and notice of
said appeal filed with the City Clerk within 21 days of the date that this decision was filed with
the City Clerk.
The decision is available for review in the Office of Planning &Development, City Hall, 210
Main Street,Northampton, MA.
