The undersigned respectfully petition your honorable body for
permission to place an awning over sidewalk 196 Pleasant Street, Northampton,
MA.
The applicant agrees to make arrangements satisfactory to the Chief of
Police of Northampton to place any and all barricades, ropes, signs and
lights necessary to protect pedestrians, drivers and persons from accident
and harm, to hold the City of Northampton, its Departments and officers
harmless from any and all liability arising from damage or suit brought
as a result of this permit.
