As per your inspection of the Union Station building at 125A
Pleasant Street on November 29, 2004, I would like to report
to you on the following:
,� I. The heat detectors as noted by you (4)have been replaced in
YjZt1W1�S the kitchen area.
restaurant bar 2. The ansul system has been connected to the fire alarm system.
3. The additional horns/strobes which you requested in the rear of
building(the banquet area)have been installed.
The above work was performed by Industrial Residential
Security. It is my understanding that they have been in
touch with Deputy Chief Nichols to schedule an inspection.
I have asked them to notify Mr. Patillo, as per his request,
when the inspection is scheduled.
4. The electrical panels have all been labeled.
5. The missing sprinkler scussions (sp?), i.e., the round covers
which go over and around the sprinkler heads have been
installed.
v N N E t I believe the above covers all of the requests made by you and Mr.
Patillo as a result of your inspection.
