This letter is to update you on the status of the porch enclosure at
The Depot Restaurant.
We have received unanimous approval from the planning board and zoning
board for the finding to enclose the porch. Since there was no oppsition
from either public hearings and bad weather is quickly approaching I would
like to proceed with the enclosure. I clearly understand that doing so
during the appeal period is at my risk and I accept full responsibility.
