Comments - There have been no changes to the exterior of the
building since the last report .
Third floor south Plumbing fixtures and vinyl
flooring has been installed in
the units .
Third floor central : Sheet rock has been hung and 30%
of taping has been completed .
Third floor north : All work has been completed except
finish paint , flooring , plumbing
and electric fixtures and appliances .
Second floor north : Sheetrock & taping have been completed .
The ceilings have been sprayed . 25% of
the trim work has been completed .
Second Floor Central : The units have been sheet rocked .
Second Floor South : 50% of plumbing fixtures & vinyl
flooring has been installed
First Floor South : 100% of trim & cabinet work has been
installed . 20% of the painting has
been completed .
First Floor Central : 100% insulation completed .
First Floor North : 100% of sheet rock has been installed ,
80% of it has been taped . 30% of the
ceilings have been sprayed .
All of the work completed to date is to specifications and code .
