Re : Randolph Place
Dear Mr . Tewhill ,
I have examined the footings at Randolph Place and have found them
to be sound . There is no evidence of heaving , cracking , crumbling ,
or spalding due to the recent fire there . The footings remain hard ,
dense , flat , and level . I see no reason why the footings shouldn ' t be
reused .
