Inspected center and west portions of the basement walls - stripped
1/3/86 and waterproofed 1/6/86 - and found the wails in good condition-
straight and sound. Also, the piers for the porches are in
similar condition.
Initial interior basement walls framed up for one bay - proper shoe
and spacing of 2x6 studs.

and in accordance with thp building :plqns - The foundation has been rnm1plet d
except for a central portion which was left open to allow for delivery
of materials and the drilling rig for the elevator shaft . The southern
2/5 of the building has been formed and sheathed except for blocking
between studs , some draft stopping and some interior portions .
