Submit signed and sealed structural calculations by a Massachusetts registered professional engineer that indicate the design consideration for all dead,
live, snow, wind, and seismic loads as well as all load combinations.

Based upon this review these plans are CONDITIONALLY APPROVED.
Plans and specifications must be revised to correct deficiencies and resubmitted (three sets) for our final
review and approval. A written description of the corrective action must be provided and identified by the corresponding comment number in the review. Following this procedure will
expedite the re-review process and avoid delays in receiving final approval.
Failure to identify a code violation during this process of the plan review DOES NOT give the permit applicant
the right nor authority to violate the code. The final installation and construction must be in accordance with the code.
