Allyn Brice with RCS will be responsible for the content and the distribution of the meeting minutes. 1-2 Agenda Allyn Brice 7/29/10 - Weekly agenda will include weekly items as well as new business. Weekly agenda items will include: Safety PIAP GMP Plant Impacts Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) - Vehicle flows/construction facilities ect. Utility Tie-Ins Project Progress 1-3 PIAP Ron VandenDolder 7/29/10 Ron VandenDolder stated that a letter from the background company would suffice if it stated that the candidate met the criteria for the Criminal Records Check / Idenity Verification / Sex Offender Registry Check 8/26/10 Ron V is getting with EcoLab on their PIAP checks for contractors that will be working inside the facility. 9/16/10 Ron is reviewing 4 backgrounds from RCS. James is securing the Twinlode documents 1-4 Safety Stan Cramer 7/29/10 Gary indicated that Plant will retain one signed Contractor Acceptance of Work Rules and Requirements from each sub contractor. Ron has provided a check list that the audits will be based on. 1-5 GMP Ron VandenDolder 7/29/10 RCS will cover dumpsters to protect from storm water intursion. Need to maintain tarps overnight Any chemicals stored on site will be covered 8/26/10 Maintain 18" rat run along exterior wall. 9/16/10 Do not damage or move baitstations There will be an internal GMP audit in advance of a 3rd party GMP audit. This will happen in October. All of the above items will be observed as well as the entire GMP plant polices. Contractors must be in compliance. 1-6 Maintenance of Traffic Stan Cramer 8/5/10 Work hours will be 6:30 am to 8:00 pm 9/2/10 Allyn will get with Paul (CCNA) to approach land owner across the street for temporary parking. Fabric will be put down with a gravel topping. Lot will be restored at end of project. 9/16/10 James and Deb are working out the details for the contractor badges that will activate the employee gate. When this is worked out, building inspectors will be provided a badge. Louis (building offical) will speak with the police chief about work hours. City policy is from 7am to 10pm Monday to Saturday. Specail permits are required for work that are outside of these hours. RCS will alert the Building Inspector if Concrete Pours are scheduled to happen before 7am. Concrete pours will be allowed outside of the work hours, just need to notify CCNA security RCS will inform contractors to keep construction vehicles out of niegborhood to the south of the plant. Conrtactors need to keep forklift traffic aisles clear. Break trailer will be loacted in grass south of fire pump building. Jerry did not think there is enough room for sub contractor trailers there. Once the north recieving doors are abandoned, Eco Lab and other contractors office trailers will be considered. 1-7 Plant Impacts Stan Cramer Page 2 of 4 aMeeting Minutes Meeting:Owner/Architect/GC # 710-016 CCNA NorthamptonJob: Description Due Date ClosedItemResponsible 9/16/10 Slab cut and removal at the new maintenance shop location to start week of 9/21/10 1-8 Utility Tie-ins Gary Carlow 8/5/10 - At least 5 shutdowns for tie-ins are forecast for this project. Targeting 6 week planning period for shutdowns. 9/9/10 RCS handed out a tie in schedule for plumbing for review. Jerry has requested to walk through with MJ Moran on the isolation of the gas tie-in, line item #40. The plant will be shut down from 10/9 @ 7am til 10/11 @ 7am. Also the plant is planning on shutting down for Thanksgiving week. 9/16/10 Allyn will get plumbing tie-ins program and scheduled. Gas tie-in will happen on the Thanksgiving shutdown. 1-9 Project Progress Stan Cramer 9/9/10 Jerry would like the two dock pits located in Area F outside the tarp to be filled with dirt incase a forklift drives into the pit. Stan to follow up on. Stan is to get with Robert M on the location for the temporary construction door in Area C 9/16/10 - See Stan's 2 week look-a-head attached The overhead grade door and drive on the northeast side are to be installed before starting Area C. 1-10 New Business Allyn Brice 9/2/10 Once Area G gets turned over, RCS will need to install a electrical feeder for the plants trailer freezer to be staged at one of the dock doors. This is not on the bid documents. RCS will incorporate in next bid package 9/16/10 Gary C has hard copy of the fire protection as-builts for RCS and subs to reference. Ecolab has requested an area to stage their office trailer. Next meeting at 9:00 on Thursday, September 23, 2010. Meeting adjourned at 10:00.
