OBSERVATIONS:
x Second floor exterior walls framed and sheathed.
x Second floor trusses set and decked with plywood.
x Second floor decking cut for post bearing as per structural engineer’s detail.
x First floor exterior walls framed.
x First floor shear walls framed.
x Shear wall hold-downs installed.
x Pre-installed fibercement panels behind ledgers visible at shear wall for fire-rated wall stair wall detail at floor-
bearing conditions.
x LVL girders set.
x Insulation visible in window/door headers.
x Contractor estimated that roof trusses would be set the middle of the following week.
x Contractor showed architects mock-up of suggested modifications to exterior trim detail. Architects approved.
