x Tenant fit-out framing 99% complete.
x Flash coat of closed-cell spray foam applied at exterior walls
x Gypsum ceiling at second floor partially installed.
x Second floor ceiling vapor barrier taped and sealed to top plate.
x Rough plumbing installed.
x Gas piping installation under way.
x Continuous 1” polyiso. concrete stem wall insulation installed and continuous sill framed. An additional 2” of
polyiso. insulation will be added between framing members and the voids blown w/ dense pack cellulose.
x Exterior siding and trim nearing completion.
