x Roof trusses set and sheathed.
x LVL ledger with Denseglass® cement board pre-installed at elevator shaft at second floor.
x Application of roofing in progress on West side of building.
x Installation of roof fascia, rake, soffit and soffit returns in progress and nearing completion.
x Elevator shaft walls framed up to second floor ceiling level.
x Windows had been delivered to job site.
x Corrective measures as requested by structural engineer visible and documented photographically.

Site Visit:3-4-13
Conditions:Partly sunny & low 40's

The roof trusses were installed and sheathed, and roofing installation was in progress. The
primary purpose of this visit was to observe the roof sheathing nailing patterns prior to finishing
the roofing. The short-term goal now is to close in the building. Framing work on the inside is
ongoing, and another site visit, to check the final condition of the framing, will be made in the
future, once that work is complete.
I also checked on the work done to correct deficiencies noted in my last visit (3-15-13). A piece
of LVL has been put in place of the SPF upper wall plate. The additional three screws have been
installed in each stud at the ledger at the elevator shaft for support of the roof trusses.
