Situation now is that we've gotten 5 sfh permit applications. 3 houses are complete and have COs. The most recent 2 applications are
in plan review and we are essentially ready to issue them. Prior to the meeting last night, we were going to issue one permit and hold the other.
Should we issue both permits and then
issue COs when these 2 are done?
Should we issue the 6th (last) permit?
